Our team

Our team consists of audiovisual people who do not want to compromise on image and audio quality. We want to inspire our clients with digital communication and guide and relieve them from A to Z throughout the entire process.

Koen Van Aken

Director

Koen is the founder, inspirer and director of WebinarSolutions. He has 30 years of experience in the audiovisual sector. He is the absolute pioneer who shaped the concept of professional webinar in Belgium and built the first Belgian webinar studio in 2013. In recent years, Koen has specialized in corporate video solutions, innovative webinar technology and remote-managed in-house studios.

Talitha is responsible for sales and project management of our studio and events in Brussels. She is the first point of contact for our clients and throws herself 100% into every project.

Kevin is a webinar director so you'll often see him in our webinar studios. He is also an audiovisual jack-of-all-trades on location. On quiet days you will find him in the warehouse, where he is responsible for keeping the mobile sets in order.

Matthice is also a webinar director in our studios. He is multifunctional on streaming and location assignments and has a lot of experience operating PTZ cameras. His talent for animation is also a great asset to our clients.
